Worldwide shipping is available from THE-LOWDOWN Store and orders are dispatched daily on each weekday.
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. Orders being delivered within Australia equating to over $100 receive FREE Shipping. International orders can be calculated in your Cart.
Orders placed and being delivered within Australia will arrive between 2 to 5 business days and tracking information will be sent (if applicable for clothing or express orders only) to your e-mail address once your order status has been updated to Completed and Shipped.
Delivery for International orders may take between 6 to 14 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be sent to your e-mail address once your order status has been updated to Completed and Shipped.
THE-LOWDOWN dispatches orders daily on each weekday and our parcels are sent using Australia Post with International and Domestic coverage available.
Standard (2-5 Business Days within Australia)
Express (1-2 Business Days)
International (varies between 2-10 Business Days)
Express Delivery is at an optional extra and can be selected in either your Cart or Checkout.
To avoid mishaps with delivery, we recommend that you have the order shipped to either a business address, an address that you will be at throughout the day or an address where someone can sign for the parcel on your behalf.
Please note that we are unable to ship apparel to P.O Boxes.
In Australia, for orders under $100, a flat Standard Delivery rate of $9.95 is charged on Checkout.
An exemption on shipping rates is placed when a T-LD banner sticker is ordered. All T-LD stickers enjoy FREE shipping within Australia with a flat rate of $3.50 to any international destination.
International order shipping rates for apparel is at a standard low rate of $19.95. This will be be calculated once items have been placed in your Cart.
All International orders for apparel come with tracking. To confirm the shipping rate, simply click the Calculate Shipping link in your Cart and fill out the details
All orders for apparel and most orders for banner stickers are trackable.
Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive shipping information via e-mail including your tracking number and method to track to your order.
THE-LOWDOWN can process an exchange for an item from your order if it is arranged within 14 days of your order purchase date.
All items which are being exchanged must be unwashed and unworn with their original tags still attached to the garment or item.
THE-LOWDOWN will provide you with an amended size of the product purchased from our online store if the sizing you have selected is incorrect.
An exchange will only be processed once your order has been returned to THE-LOWDOWN. Please note that return shipping of the items are at the cost of the customer.

THE-LOWDOWN will gladly return an item from your order if it is arranged within 14 days of your order purchase date.

THE-LOWDOWN will provide you with a full refund of the product purchased from our online store if the item is deemed faulty, not of acceptable quality, unsafe or if it does not match the description made on the site.
