The Need For Speed video game franchise has played a huge part in the development of electronic automotive entertainment over the years. The lastest incarnation of the game is called ‘Hot Pursuit’ and it’s a return to the classic arcade style racing we’ve grown to love. To celebrate it’s launch the crew from EA Games put on a fantastic show right here in Sydney City.

Initially a seven city launch tour of the United States was announced, but Sydney was added to the schedule shortly afterwards. Each vehicle on show was hand selected by Charles Kha, the former editor of Auto Salon magazine and newly appointed editor of Speedhunters. Here’s a selection of shots showcasing the quality that was out on display.
