Late last year the Daimler group acquired a 25 percent stake in the Italian motorcycle company MV Agusta. As part of their Mercedes-Benz profile, the company has now shown off their special Mercedes-AMG creation, a special F3 800 motorbike.
Inspired by the Mercedes-AMG GT, the bike shares an AMG Solarbeam Yellow paint job with black stripes, wheels and badges including AMG branding.
Performance has been turned up a notch with a 798 cc three cylinder inline engine, which produces 148 HP (110 kW). Weighing in at just 173 kg, the bike has a top speed of 269 km/h.
The new high-performance bike can be tuned to four different engine maps to suit different driving conditions. Whilst the bike was shown off at the recent IAA in Frankfurt, production details have not yet been announced.
