The BMW E63/64 6-series is a car you either love or hate, there’s no middle ground. The designer of the E63-65 BMW’s, Chris Bangle, had been the centre of controversy among automotive designers due to the smooth lines that he connected with rough edges.
During a Top Gear news segment, Jeremy Clarkson stated that the BMW E63/E64 6 Series was a beautiful car, but “you would have to reverse out of your friends driveway”, so that they couldn’t see the backside of the car.
If only Jeremy Clarkson could see Nat’s BMW M6, maybe he would retract his statement. Equipped with a set of SSR CV01’s and KW coilovers, the M6 has the aggressive stance it’s always longed for.
The additional styling of a Vorsteiner front and rear lip, along with custom made carbon side skirts complete the cosmetic package that the M6 was lacking.
The only engine modifications include an iPE intake system. The 5 litre V10 (same engine as the E60 M5) is more than enough in standard form, producing 373 kW and 520 Nm with a 0 -100 km/h time of 4.1 seconds.
Staying true to a ‘less is more’ philosophy, owner Nat has done a great job on a car we rarely see driven by enthusiasts. Special thanks to Decadence Australia for sharing these photos. To be kept in the loop with their latest features, be sure to follow them on Instagram.
