Famous tuning house BRABUS has officially premiered its refined Mercedes-AMG GT S, covering a whole lot of significant upgrades.

Since you can never have enough power, the first thing that BRABUS have done is developed a plug-and-play tuning performance kit. After the engine tune, power is increased by 66kW (90HP) to an impressive 441kW (600HP).

Once the upgrade is complete, the AMG GT S will sprint from 0 – 100km/h in just 3.6 seconds with a top speed of 325km/h.

Along with the tune, BRABUS have developed a quad sports exhaust system from lightweight titanium, stripping 40 percent of the weight from a standard exhaust. The new exhaust systems valves can be controlled electronically right from the cockpit.

Other modifications include wind tunnel tested aero upgrades. These comprise of a new front bumper, fender air outlets and a redesigned rear diffuser to accommodate the upgraded exhaust.

Along with the bodywork, a staggered set of forged BRABUS monoblock wheels have been fitted measuring 9.5 x 20 up front and 11 x 21 in the rear. Ride height has been dropped 15mm thanks to BRABUS’ own line of sports springs.

Engine, bodywork, wheels and suspension aren’t the only aspects that BRABUS have covered. In addition to these, interior designers have developed exclusive accessories such as carbon scuff plates, aluminium pedals, paddle shifters and re-upholstered leather interiors as an option.

The BRABUS Mercedes-AMG GT S comprehensively covers all aspects of the new AMG model. Parts from the BRABUS collection will be available to order later this month, after its worldwide physical debut at the IAA in Frankfurt.
